Y&R Daily Scoop – Chelsea And Adam Blame Nick For His Death
He’ll fall asleep and dream that Matt is waking him up. He’ll tell him he’s finally free to be the Nick Newman he really is. “Welcome to your new life rich boy.” But Nick will tell him he’s going to fight this addiction. “Sure you are, right after this high,” Matt will reply. “You and I both know that’s not what you really want.”

Then he’ll pick up Nick’s car keys and ask if he’s ready to go for a ride. In the vehicle, Matt will tell Nick his family always expected so much from him, and there’ll be many flashbacks from Nick’s history. “Because of me, you can step into the freedom you always wanted.”
They’ll end up at The Shadow Room and Nick will find Sharon passed out on a table. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will tell him to get away from her. She’ll say he caused this by convincing her mom to take a pill. Now she’s strung out too.
“You helped me see my way out of the boredom,” Sharon will tell Nick. “Now, I can just be me.” Mariah will tell him she’s taking her mom to rehab and she’ll stick it out, unlike him who lasted a day. “Mariah, I tried,” he’ll say. “I’m not Mariah, I’m Cassie,” she’ll reply.
Then Nick will flash back to Cassie’s death. “Who are you, what happened to you?” she’ll ask Nick. “Did my death mean nothing to you?” Eventually, Nick will take Sharon out of the club. He’ll drive along a dark road and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will attack him from behind with a rope.
Nick will crash the car and he’ll suddenly be at the ranch, where he’ll be angrily confronted by Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). “Someone tell me what I did?!!” Nick will ask. “You killed our son!” Chelsea will shout. Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) found his stash, took some of his drugs and died.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Victor Tells Nick That He’s A Disgrace
Chelsea will tell Nick she and Adam are going to take Christian and raise him. “You ruin everything you touch Nick.” He’ll take off and end up back at The Shadow Room, only to find his drug dealer waiting for him with a baggie in his hand.

Nick will try to grab the baggie but Nikki will slap his hand away. “You’re breaking my heart,” she’ll tell her son. “All you do is lie to me now.” She’ll remind him he has a responsibility to his children and his family. But all he seems to care about is the drugs. Nikki will add she’s ashamed of him.
“And she has every right to be!” Victor will chime in. “You are a disgrace!” Nikki will tell Nick he has hurt more people than he knows. “Your father and I have separated again because he blames me for what you’ve become.”
Then Nikki will head to the bar and order a double vodka. Nick will beg her not to drink it. “If it’s good enough for you, it’s good enough for me,” she’ll say, slugging back the shot. Victor will tell Nick he destroyed the entire family.
He’ll return to the hotel room to find Victoria there. She’ll say he’s running from being the family hero. “I don’t want to be an addict, I don’t want to disappoint you,” he’ll tell her. “I want my life back.”
Finally, there’ll be a hammering on his motel room door and Nick will wake up and open it. A woman will be standing there. She’ll say she was in the room next door and heard him yelling and crying out. Nick will say he had a nightmare and is okay. “In that case, do you have any stuff to share?” Marie will ask.
